6/25/2014 Wednesday Warfare

Wednesday Warfare | June 25, 2014 | Madison, Wisconsin

Warfare began with the #HeReturnsAtUprising graphic. We will finally see what this graphic pertains to on Sunday.

The opening match was Kristopher Bradley w/ Bridget vs El Diablo w/ Synn. The match was back and forth and eventually saw Bridget and Synn get into a shouting match. Diablo hit the Double Stomp off the Top for the pin.

Backstage we saw Scarlett Ducane and Patrick McCoy warming up for Scarlett’s second match ever.

The next match was Kashimanaki vs Jason Copeland w/ Bianca Hunt. Kashimanaki hit a few stuff kicks and attempted the Kashimanaki Deiver but Copeland escaped. Jason used his power to wear Kashimanaki down and hit the TKO for the pinfall victory.

The next match was Scarlett Ducane w/ The Kingdom taking on Lacey Abernathy. Lacey didn’t stand a chance. After interference from Scarlett’s boyfriend Patrick McCoy, Brandi Moore and Veronica Clyne, Scarlett hit a DDT for the win.

Backstage we saw Adam Hyatt getting a pep talk from Austin Briggs. Briggs talked about how The Headline seems to have lost momentum, but they will gain some tonight beating one half of Simply the Best.

The next match was Christopher Morgan vs Adam Hyatt w/ Madison Castle. A back and forth technical match which saw Adam Hyatt take advantage of a missed clothesline, hitting his Superkick for the win.

Backstage now we see The Kingdom. Veronica talks about how Brandi and her will be at ringside for the next match.

The next match was Lizzy Kraven & Nina Fox in what Veronica Clyne described as a “warm up match” taking on Synn & Firefly. Of course with Veronica and Brandi being at ringside, they indeed got involved. At one point as the referee was distracted Brandi Moore leveled Nina Fox with a Fisherman Brainbuster. Lizzy and Nina did their best, but eventually Synn locked Lizzy in the Nosferatu and made her tap out.

The next match was a very entertaining match between Austin Briggs and Logan Christopher. Logan hit his Shooting Star Press early on but somehow Briggs kicked out. Austin hit an impressive suicide dive, flattening Logan on the outside. Briggs his the Brainbuster for the pinfall victory.

Backstage we saw Bridget getting a bottled water from a table, when Samantha West appeared and attacked her from behind. The two engaged in a full on cat fight, scratching and pulling each other’s hair. Finally FFP security separated the two.

The main event was The Kingdom’s Prince Tau & Jackson Pearce taking on the American Bulldogs. The Bulldogs showed off their tag team skills. Nathan Caine hit an awesome lariat followed by a belly to belly on Jackson Pearce for a two count. Prince Tau beat down both Bulldogs but got hit with a German suplex from Matt Evanston.

The Kingdom came down to the ring to lend their support to Jackson and Tau. The crowd knew The Kingdom would somehow get involved, however their presence wasn’t needed as Tau flattened Nathan Caine with a Spear for a three count.

After the match The Kingdom celebrated in the ring as the crowd littered the ring with trash.
