12/05/2015 Sadistic Saturday Night

ssnSadistic Saturday Night | December 5, 2015
Calgary, Alberta, Canada

The show opened up with the FFP Adrenaline Champion Christopher Morgan and his girlfriend Lux inside the ring. Christopher, with the Adrenaline Title on his shoulder, talked about how because the World Heavyweight Title was currently being determined, that the Adrenaline Title was the highest title in FFP, and therefore, Christopher was the man. He also talked about how he would undoubtedly win the World Heavyweight Title Tournament and hold both titles.

FFP:Japan Women’s Title
(c) Farrah Clements vs Brandi Moore

One-Fall | 30-Minute Time Limit | 20 Second Count Out
The opening match was one that the Calgary crowd was definitely hyped to see. To say this was a back and forth match is an understatement. Both girls, who will clash again in a tag team match at FFP Throwback on December 27th, wanted to prove their dominance, and gain a victory not only for themselves, but for their respective tag teams.

Brandi hit a tornado DDT that seemed to rock the FFP:Japan Women’s Champion. Moore went for the Fameasser, but Farrah dodged it and hit a move similar to Dolph Ziggler’s Zig Zag. Farrah went for the pin but Brandi kicked out at two. The two women continued to battle. Farrah forced Brandi into the corner and went for ten punches on the middle rope, but Brandi reversed it into a powerbomb for a two count. Farrah battled back, however Brandi got the best of a back and forth striking exchange. Brandi then planted Farrah with the Fisherman Brainbuster. Brandi pinned the champion, but Clements somehow kicked out. Brandi looked shocked. She pulled Farrah up to go for the move again, but before she could deliver the move someone came out of the crowd and attacked. It was FFP:Japan woman wrestler Yuriko Fuji!

Yuriko hit both girls, who were spent after such a grueling match, with hard kicks, knocking them both down. She planted Brandi with a double arm DDT, and hit Farrah with a t-bone suplex. Yuriko then took possession of Farrah’s title and stood over the champion, holding the title in the air. She draped it over Farrah and left ringside.

Backstage
The scene cut backstage where Tyrece Beckman stood by with Toni DeLuca. DeLuca would be challenging Christopher Morgan for the FFP Adrenaline Title at FFP Throwback on December 27th. Toni said that Christopher was an embarrassment to the professional wrestling industry. He said that Morgan had no guts and that when he beats him for the Adrenaline Title that he would be a fighting champion, defending against anyone who wanted a shot.

In the Ring
The scene cut inside the squared circle where the Queens of Mean were standing proud, holding their championships on their shoulders. Nina Fox, Kylie and Katrina Connelly said that they continue to prove their dominance every single night and that that will continue throughout the rest of 2015 and into the next year.

Lacey Abernathy then came out, with Suki Okada and Adira Strong by her side. Lacey reminded Nina that they will square off in a Ladder Match at Throwback for the FFP Women’s Title. Lacey promised that on that night, there would be a new FFP Women’s Champion.

Nina told Lacey that if she is so confident that they should have another six-woman tag this week at FFP Wednesday Night. Lacey’s team agreed and the match was set.

FFP World Heavyweight Title Tournament | Opening Round
Lizzy Kraven vs Kevin Lewan

One-Fall | 30-Minute Time Limit | 20 Second Count Out
A very competitive match that saw Lizzy come out on fire, using brawling to really take the fight to Kevin. He reversed an attempted spinebuster into a DDT and looked to be heading to the second round following an overhead belly to belly suplex. However Lewan went for a running clothesline with Lizzy ducking and connecting with the Kraven Lariat. Lizzy then pinned Kevin for the three count.

Backstage
Next we saw Raquel St. Claire standing by with Logan Christopher. Logan talked about his upcoming tournament match next week and how he would do everything in his power to win this tournament and win the FFP World Heavyweight Championship. Logan said that even though he held the World Title for only a few minutes, it was one of the greatest moments of his life, and he couldn’t wait to get that feeling back.

Austin Briggs then interrupted. He said that if Logan continued winning that it would be inevitable that they meet inside the squared circle. Austin said that he felt bad for Logan losing the title like he did, but that he wouldn’t be able to get past Briggs…that Briggs would be the first ever FFP World Heavyweight Champion. Logan simply said that they’d just have to wait and see what happened.

FFP World Heavyweight Title Tournament | Opening Round
Hiroki Ito vs Desmond York

One-Fall | 30-Minute Time Limit | 20 Second Count Out
Another match that saw flashes of back and forth. Desmond York was obviously the more powerful of the two. However Hiroki was absolutely the better technical wrestler. After working Desmond down, he hooked him in a tight STF for the submission victory.

Backstage
The scene cut backstage where the FFP Television Champion Aiden Conrad was standing by. Conrad talked about how he was the best looking wrestler in FFP, he was the best Television Champion, he had the best manager (Missy Hyatt) and he would win the FFP World Heavyweight Title Tournament and become the greatest wrestler in Full Force Pro history. He’s humble isn’t he?

FFP World Heavyweight Title Tournament | Opening Round
Mikhail Vakhrov w/ Bianca Hunt vs Prince Tau

One-Fall | 30-Minute Time Limit | 20 Second Count Out
No love loss between these two, this was an all out brawl from the beginning. Mikhail knocked Tau out of the ring and rammed him into the steel ring steps, and the guardrail at ringside. Tau fought back, clotheslining Mikhail over the guardrail. The brawl continued, with the referee finally giving up on the 20 count, and actually standing in the ring without counting, just waiting for the two bruisers to get back into the ring.

Prince Tau flattened Mikhail with the Spear once they got back into the ring. He went for the cover, but the Russian Lion got his foot on the rope. Tau then pulled Mikhail up for the F5. As he was in the process of connecting the move, that surely would have won him the match, Mikhail’s foot connected with the referee’s head, knocking him unconscious. Tau went for the pin anyway, but no count was made. Instead, Anarchy came down to ringside. Tau turned his attention to Anarchy, and dared him to get into the ring. Anarchy got in and Tau and Anarchy looked to be ready to square off.

That is until we finally saw the return of Prince Tau’s tag team partner Jackson Pearce, who injured his knee back in August. Pearce stormed to the ring armed with a steel chair. He slid in and Anarchy slid out. Pearce still attempted a wild swing with the chair, over the ropes, but Anarchy got out of the way. Tau smiled as his buddy was back in action.

Pearce warned Anarchy about getting involved in the match. Jackson then shocked the Calgary crowd by turning and leveling Prince Tau with a chairshot to the head. Tau crashed to the mat below. Pearce then tossed the chair out of the ring. He pulled Mikhail over and draped his arm over Tau’s chest. He then grabbed the referee, shaking him and pulling him over toward the cover. The referee then made the count. Mikhail Vakhrov won the match, all because of Jackson Pearce’s interference.

Questions immediately arose to Jackson’s relationship with Hunt Enterprises, especially when he left ringside with the stable.

FFP:Japan World Title
(c) Joey DeMarco w/ Penelope Blair vs Daniel Matthews

One-Fall | 60-Minute Time Limit | 20 Second Count Out
This match was another really entertaining, back and forth contest that had the Calgary crowd on their edge of their seats. Daniel Matthews planted Joey DeMarco with a jumping piledriver that looked like he very well could walk out with the FFP:Japan World Championship, but Joey somehow kicked out.

DeMarco fought back, not only hitting an awesome European uppercut, but slamming Daniel with a running STO. DeMarco then pulled Daniel up and hit him with his own finisher, the Death Valley Driver. Joey pinned Daniel, but the challenger kicked out. DeMarco trying to add insult to injury only motivated Matthews more, who fought back and hit a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. He went up top and hit a Macho Man-esque flying elbow drop. He pulled Joey up and hoisted him up on his shoulders, going for the Death Valley Driver. Penelope however climbed onto the apron, distracting the challenger.

Matthews yelled at her to get down, still holding the champion on his shoulders. DeMarco quickly raked Daniel’s eyes, forcing the champion to let him go. DeMarco then sprung off the ropes and cracked Daniel from behind with a running knee to the back of the head. Matthews tumbled to the mat, obviously out like a light. DeMarco then rolled the FFP Hall of Famer over and hooked the leg. The referee made the count, and Joey retained his title.

After the match Penelope joined DeMarco in the ring, hugging him and celebrating with him and the FFP:Japan World Title.
