FFP SSN
December 3, 2016 | Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The show began with an irate Odell Porter inside the squared circle, demanding that ATM come down and give Odell back his FFP Adrenaline Title. Porter threatens to go to the back, beat ATM down and take back his rightful property.

ATM came out onto the entrance stage. He was dressed in a nice suit and sunglasses, with the Adrenaline Title strapped around his waist. And he had Beatrice by his side. He said that Odell wasn’t worthy of holding a title of such prestige, and only one man was, and that was ATM. Beatrice agreed and said that at Throwback Odell and the world would see for themselves.

Odell stormed out of the ring and up the entrance ramp, but ATM and Beatrice quickly disappeared behind the curtain.

British Impact vs Guided by Voices
Both tag teams brought the fight in the opening match of SSN. All four wrestlers possessed a very good technical wrestling ability. FFP newcomer Levi Fuller impressed the crowd with some solid strikes and technical wrestling. Lewis Weaver however connected with a gutwrench suplex to Joey Danielson, followed by his Spinning Latriat for the three count.

The scene cut backstage where the FFP Women’s Tag Team Champions Brandi Moore and Amy Kraven were watching the monitor. They talked about how impressive a debut British Impact just had. But Monika Andrews and Jenna Kaufman walked up, talking about how The Queendom had been quiet lately, but were ready to win the Women’s Tag Team Titles. Both teams trash talked until Brandi and Amy agreed to defend the titles against The Queendom next Saturday at SSN. It seemed like that’s exactly what Monika and Jenna wanted. Was this some kind of ploy?

FFP Women’s TV Title Tournament: Opening Round
Amy Kraven vs Dani Rawlings

This match was a battle. Amy and Dani tore into each other. Both are technical wrestlers but this match was a brawl. Fists flying. Both women tumbling through the ropes and to the outside. Amy floored Dani with a clothesline, but Dani fought back, gaining the upperhand and ramming Amy into the steel ring steps.

The match eventually found its way back into the squared circle where Amy began her fight back, but Dani surprised her with a drop toe hold sending Amy into the ropes, hitting her neck on the middle rope. Rawlings then hit a hard neckbreaker. Dani went to the middle rope as Amy began to push herself back up. Once Kraven got to her feet, Dani hit a devastating diving knee to the back of the head. Amy hit the mat hard. Dani flipped her over and pinned her for the three count.

Dani got up and put her arms in the air as the Philadelphia crowd booed. She didn’t care, she was advancing to the semifinals of the FFP Women’s Television Title Tournament.

Attila vs Travis Banks
Another technical wrestling match with plenty of brawling sprinkled in. The Philadelphia crowd seemed to be behind Attila, who looked impressive. Attila planted Travis with the Ki-Krusher for the three count.

Backstage
The scene cut backstage where Tyrece Beckman was joined by the FFP World Champion Daniel Matthews. Tyrece asked Daniel about Anarchy attacking him. Matthews said he wasn’t sure what had gotten into Anarchy, but that at Throwback Daniel would take care of business and retain his World Title.

FFP Women’s TV Title Tournament: Opening Round
Mona Skye vs Kenzie Anderson

Although these two women didn’t have very much history between them, they tore into each other like they were a part of a big feud. Obviously they both had their sights on the FFP Women’s Television Championship, and were hell bent on becoming the first to hold the title.

Kenzie Anderson for the upperhand and hit the angel’s wings for a two count. Kenzie stayed on Mona, only until she was floored by a back elbow. Mona pummeled Kenzie, then hit a Northern lights suplex. Mona went up top but was stopped in her tracks by Kenzie who used the bottom rope to springboard up and hit a solid kick to the side of Mona’s skull. Kenzie joined Mona up top but the two continued tussling. That is until Mona sunset flipped Kenzie and slammed her to the mat with a powerbomb. Kenzie bounced off the mat and wound up rolling out of the ring. Mona couldn’t capitalize with a pin.

Mona went out and shoved Kenzie back into the ring. As she climbed in after Kenzie, she was rolled up in a small package. 1…2… and Mona escaped the pin attempt. But as she got back up to her knees and began to step up to her feet, Kenzie blasted her with a Superkick. Kenzie then made the pin. 1…2…3. Kenzie Anderson would advance to the semifinals of the FFP Women’s Television Title Tournament!

The scene cut backstage where Mona Skye’s tag team partner Marcy Tillman was watching the monitor. She seemed disappointed for her friend.

FFP Cruiserweight Title
(c) EJ “Money” Carter w/ Bianca Hunt vs Shikamaru

A fast paced match that saw back and forth action the whole way. Shikamaru made a huge impact in Full Force Pro, coming in and becoming Cruiserweight Champion very quickly. EJ Carter had a whole new confidence about him, mostly because he now had the blonde beauty Bianca Hunt in his corner. Carter hit a couple strong suplexes and a springboard dropkick from the apron to the enter of the ring. Shikamaru fought back, using stiff kicks to slow Carter down. Shikamaru went for what surely would be the knockout blow, a hard kick to the skull, but Carter ducked it and rolled the challenger up. EJ pulled hard on the tights and the referee didn’t see it. 1…2…3! EJ “Money” Carter successfully defended his Cruiserweight Championship.

After the match Bianca joined EJ in the ring. They embraced and EJ held the title up in the air as the Philly crowd showed their disappointment with thumbs downs and boos.

Next the scene cut to the FFP Women’s Champion Cindy Labre’s locker room as she was joined by April Hunter getting ready for her match against Kemina.

But Jackson Pearce stepped into view and told Tau that after their No Holds Barred Match at Throwback that Prince Tau’s future looked bleak.

If Kemina Wins, She Challenges for the Women’s Title at Throwback
Cindy Labre w/ April Hunter vs Kemina

A very good match that definitely deserved to be in the main event, and really gave the Philadelphia crowd something to cheer (and boo). Kemina owned he ring early on like she does most of the time. A couple snap suplexes and a missile dropkick and Kemina seemed to be on her way to a Women’s Title match at Throwback. She went up top to deliver one of the most beautiful moonsaults I’ve ever seen with a height that would make most Cruiserweight envious. But Cindy got her knees up. Kemina crashes into Cindy’s knees and was undoubtedly in pain.

Labre capitalized, hitting Kemina with a brutal rib buster, and after getting a two count count spiking Kemina with a DDT. Another two count. Labre stayed on the former Diamond Champion, going for a big powerbomb, but Kemina reversed into a hurricanrana. Labre tried to quickly get back up and go after Kemina, but Cindy was floored with a spinning kick to the head. Kemina then lit Cindy up with hard chops and solid kicks to the chest. I’ve heard that if a woman gets struck in the breast that it’s rather painful, and some of these strikes had to land there. The Philly crowd loved it.

Kemina stepped back and went for a hard kick to Cindy’s chest, but the Women’s Champion caught Kemina’s leg, and sent her crashing to the mat with a t-bone suplex. Kemina pushes herself up onto her knees, but Cindy connected with a shining wizard. Kemina fell back to the mat, but pushed herself up again. Labre charged and hit a solid kick to Kemina, sending her down to the mat again. The third time she went to push herself back up, Cindy pulled her up by her hair and planted her with the Stalling Fisherman Brainbuster. Cindy then rolled over Kemina’s body and hooked her leg. 1…2…3. Kemina put up one hell of a fight, but Cindy’s opponent for FFP Throwback on Christmas Day was still unknown.
