01/30/2018 FFP Tuesday Night Wrestling

Date: January 30, 2018
Location: Dayton, OH
Commentators: Brian Young
Morgan Alexander

The show opened with a recap of what happened Sunday at FFP All on the Line. The recap ended with a picture of Matt and Amanda Kraven, with Matt holding the FFP World Title up in the air.

Then, music hit, and out came Matt and Amanda Kraven. Both dressed nice, Matt with his World Title slung over his shoulder. Both had giant smiles plastered on their faces. Apparently they were proud of what they pulled off in Cleveland on Sunday.

Amanda Kraven took a microphone and loudly introduced to the Dayton crowd, the new FFP World Champion, MATT KRAVEN. The crowd booed. But Morgan Alexander stood and applauded, warning Brian that if he didn’t applaud they could fire him.

Matt Kraven then took the microphone and explained that this was the beginning of the Era of Kraven in FFP. He said that he fought a hard fought match on Sunday and earned the most prestigious title in the sport of professional wrestling. He said that he single handedly climbed the ladder and took the title. And he said that the title was finally with a worthy wrestler…the best wrestler ever, Matt Kraven.

But the new Champion was interrupted by the entrance of the man who seemed to be on the verge of winning the title last night until Amanda Kraven got involved, Matt Evanston. Evanston told Kraven that he was full of it and that he knew that if Amanda wouldn’t have gotten involved, Matt Evanston would be the new World Champion. Kraven laughed at Evanston who was starting to get irritated by now. He demanded that he get a shot at Kraven, to get a fair shot at the FFP World Title.

Matt and Amanda talked it over. Then they agreed that they would give Matt Evanston an opportunity to earn a World Title shot. First, he would have to defeat George Furst. Then, Everett Moses. And the catch was, he would have to defeat them both, tonight…in back-to-back matches.

Hunter Chase vs Blaine Edwards
A highly competitive match. Both wrestlers had a similar style, mixing technical brawling with speed and high flying maneuvers. Blaine Edwards successfully hit his finisher, the Tiger Driver for the three count.

Roxi Haacke vs Ava St James
Roxi Haacke came out gaining the quick upperhand using power moves. Although Ava St James is fairly new at professional wrestling, she showed off quite a few innovative and impressive moves. Roxi hit a spinning clothesline and a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Then she went to the middle rope. But attempting a dive, Ava St James lifted her knees. Roxi’s ribs crashed into Ava’s knees. Ava then pulled Roxi up and planted her with a hammerlock DDT for the three count.

After the match Ava got on the microphone. She said that she had defeated everyone that she had faced off with, and felt she deserved a shot at Noel Zelig and the FFP Women’s Television Title. She said that the way she looks, she definitely deserved to be the woman who represented FFP on television.

In the Ring
The scene cut to ringside where the new FFP Women’s Tag Team Champions Lizzy Kraven and Olivia Lee came out. At All on the Line they won the titles, but were immediately attacked by Jaqueline Aulstrike and Tabitha Mullins, who stole the titles. Lizzy and Olivia demanded that Jaqueline and Tabitha return the belts or suffer the consequences. Jaqueline and Tabitha’s music played, but as Lizzy and Olivia watched the entrance ramp, their foes snuck in through the crowd and attacked the Champions from behind, with their own titles. Jaqueline and Tabitha then stood over the Champions, holding the titles that they had stolen up in the air.

Backstage
Now the scene cut backstage to the President of FFP Amanda Kraven. Amanda said that next week on Tuesday Night Wrestling that we would see Lizzy Kraven and Olivia Lee get a chance to get their hands on Jaqueline Aulstrike and Tabitha Mullins in a non-title match.

After Amanda made this announcement, Odell Porter approached her. Odell asked her if he could finally settle the score with Joey DeMarco, at Desperate Measures next month. Amanda said that it sounded like a good idea, and next week she would announce what type of match the two would have.

Backstage
The scene cut backstage where Aiden Conrad was being interviewed by Tyrece Beckman. Aiden had the Adrenaline Title draped over his shoulder and had Pandora by his side. He talked a bunch of trash about Anarchy, who he successfully defended his title against on Sunday. Of course Anarchy wound up hearing the trash talk and approached, but security quickly intervened before the argument became physical.

Fiona Burke vs Quinn Delaney
The FFP crowd was excited to see the return of Quinn Delaney, although she was taking on a fan favorite in Fiona Burke. The two came out with high intensity. And even though Burke had the upperhand for a while, Quinn battled back and ended up swinging the momentum in her favor with an awesome German suplex. Delaney then hit a Death Valley Driver off of the second turnbuckle for the pinfall.

Backstage
The scene cut backstage showing Matt Evanston getting ready for his matches. Could he defeat both George Furst and Everett Moses to earn himself a shot at the FFP World Championship?

Matt Evanston vs George Furst
This was one hell of a match, with loud, stiff and painful strikes. George Furst showed some awesome strength, tossing Evanston around the ring and slamming him to the mat with a chokeslam. But Furst made a mistake when he took Evanston up to the top turnbuckle for a superplex and it got blocked. Evanston sent Furst crashing to the mat below, and rocked him with a flying headbutt. Evanston then hit the Go to Sleep on the big man for the three count.

Matt Evanston vs Everett Moses
After Evanston’s win over George Furst, Everett Moses rushed to the ring and attacked Evanston. A couple of short armed clotheslines followed by a backbreaker put Evanston on the mat. As Everett put a beat down on Matt Evanston, Matt Kraven came down to the ring, holding the World Title on his shoulder eating gummy bears. With a cocky smile on his face, Kraven watched. But his smile slowly went away as Matt Evanston fought his way back on the offensive, hitting some impressive moves like a belly to belly suplex, a missile dropkick and a falcon arrow. Kraven got up onto the apron, hoping to cause a distraction, but Evanston got the best of the situation, hitting the Go to Sleep on Everett, which sent the big man crashing into Kraven. As Kraven fell to the arena floor, Moses fell to the mat and Evanston made the pin. The referee made the three count, and Matt Evanston had earned himself a World Title match vs Matt Kraven at a later date.
