The show opened up with Mary Faith Brooks in the middle of the ring, wearing red, white and blue. She welcomes everyone to this huge event, and said tonight there would be a ton of awesome pro wrestling, and afterward, fireworks. MFB then wished everyone a Happy 4th of July and pyro went off in the arena.

03/15/2018 FFP Tour of Japan | Day Four

The show began with the entrance of Joey DeMarco. The last time we saw Joey, he was brawling with Odell Porter after Odell inadvertently struck his girlfriend Saraya Varro with a chair, aiming for Joey. DeMarco came out and said that Odell was a bad boyfriend for hitting his girlfriend in the head with the chair. He said that he should be protecting her, not hurting her. Joey then said that if he were Saraya’s boyfriend that he wouldn’t let any harm befall her. This brought Odell out who was very angry. He rushed to the ring and the two began trading blows. DeMarco cut the fight short with a kick to the groin and his Jumping Piledriver, leaving Odell in the middle of the ring.

The show opened up with Fiona Burke already out in the ring. Fiona apologized to the FFP audience for losing the FFP Women’s Television Title to a 3XW superstar. Fiona promised to make it right, and win the title back at Rebirth.

Matt Kraven and Kade Haddix get into it on Twitter

Early Friday morning Matt Kraven posted on Twitter, simply a picture of himself with the Tweet “And still.”, referencing his successful HONOR World Title defense against Shinji Miyamoto at an HONOR Wrestling event in Tokyo. Hours later, the new OWF Champion Kade Haddix, who is also currently in Japan, posted a picture on Twitter that looked similar to the one Kraven posted.

Kraven eventually fired back, claiming that Kade’s picture looked a lot like Kraven’s. A couple jabs were thrown, with Matt saying “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery”. However, it didn’t stop there. Eventually Kade threw a challenge out to Matt after Kraven had posted a picture of himself holding the FFP World Championship, tweeting that Kade “can’t copy this one can he?”.
