The show began with the President of Full Force Pro, Mary Faith Brooks. MFB was out to discuss some of her new projects. She announced that she was putting together a 16 team tournament, featuring wrestlers from all over the globe, some from FFP and some from other federations.

Mary also announced the return of the 16-to-1 Tournament, featuring 16 non-FFP female wrestlers competing for a FFP contract. Mary said she wasn’t sure exactly on the date of either tournaments, but that she was looking forward to these new projects. Then, she said enough talk, now it’s time for action!

12/25/2016 FFP Throwback (PPV)

The show started out with fireworks around the arena. The New York crowd stood on their feet and cheered as the camera panned around the arena. FFP branded Santa hats seemed to be the hot seller at the merchandise booths as many fans were seen wearing them.

As the crowd settled, the FFP Adrenaline Champion Odell Porter walked down to the ring with his ANY Case in hand. Porter took a microphone and announced that no matter what, whether he win against ATM tonight or not, whether Daniel Matthews leaves Throwback as the World Champion, or Anarchy…that at the FFP New Year’s Eve Show Odell would cash in his ANY Case to challenge the FFP World Champion.

Katsumi Akiyama Attacked at SSN

If you tuned in to FFP SSN Saturday night, you saw a couple of backstage brawls. One in particular saw the end of a scuffle between the FFP Women’s Champion Cindy Labre (with assistance from her manager April Hunter) and one of the challengers for her Women’s Title at FFP Throwback on Christmas Day, Katsumi Akiyama (who along with Quinn Delaney will challenge Cindy in a Triple Threat match).

Cindy Labre to Face Her Toughest Test as Women’s Champion

Last night at SSN, Katsumi Akiyama and Quinn Delaney wrestled in a number one contender match, with the winner going on to face Labre for the title at FFP’s Christmas Day pay-per-view Throwback.

The match was a back and forth competitive one, until Cindy Labre and April Hunter came down and ruined it. Beating both women down, Cindy and April thought they were doing Cindy a favor, making sure there was no number one contender.

President Veronica Clyne came out and spoke about the 16-to-1 Tournament which would begin in a few moments. Veronica also announced tonight’s main event, which would be a six-woman tag featuring FFP Women’s Champion Quinn Delaney, Katsumi Akiyama and Aubrey Moresi taking on the FFP Women’s Tag Team Champions Brandi Moore and Amy Kraven teaming with Marcy Tillman.

FFP Mid-Summer Classic III

The third annual Mid-Summer Classic began with camera shots all over the arena. The Detroit crowd was pumped for FFP’s biggest event of the year. Coming off of the heels of the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony last night, emotions were definitely high.

The owner of Full Force Pro and one of four of the newest FFP Hall of Fame members Matt Kraven joined the commentary team to provide guest commentary for the night.
