In the early days of FFP Matt and Veronica Clyne began dating, but Matt eventually turned on Veronica and assisted Brandi Moore in defeating her. Matt and Brandi dated for awhile, but Matt eventually got back with Veronica.

However Veronica turned on Matt and created a stable called The Kingdom.

On August 24, 2014, Nina Fox defeated Veronica Clyne in the main event of Blaze of Glory to not only win the FFP World Title, but to also win 100% control of FFP for Matt.

On the 2015 FFP All Torn Up pay-per-view, Matt revealed that his brother Chris was back. They teamed together to defeat the American Bulldogs for the FFP Tag Team Titles.

On October 16, Matt Kraven defeated Hiroki Ito to win the HONOR World Title.

At Rebirth after Logan Christopher defeated Patrick McCoy for the FFP World Title, Matt cashed in the Triple-A Case and won the World Title from Logan.

Matt Kraven entered a huge feud with Joey DeMarco, defeating him for the HONOR World Championship on February 21, 2016.

On May 4, 2016 Matt was wrestling Daniel Matthews at a FFP live event, when Matt went for a suicide dive, but Daniel moved. Kraven crashed into the steel guardrail breaking his neck. Matt was sidelined from wrestling, and even given a small percentage to ever walk again.

In early 2018, Matt was forced to retire from the ring. However he was cleared and made his return in September of 2018.
